COVID EVENT SAFETY

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Cattle Baron's Gala might look different this year but our passion and commitment to fight cancer is unchanged. The health and safety of all our guests and participants is our number one goal. Please see below for important details which will continue to be updated based on our unique needs and review the COVID-19 Waiver.

If you are feeling sick or have been recently exposed to someone who recently tested positive for COVID-19, you should stay home. People who have underlying health conditions or taking medications that weaken the immune system, should talk to their healthcare provider before attending large gatherings. We appreciate your understanding and if you are unable to attend, we hope you will continue to support our mission by donating here.

The American Cancer Society cares about the health and safety of each guest, volunteer and participant at our events. The Cattle Baron's Gala committee have been hard at work for several months to complete a COVID safety plan for attendees.

COVID precautions being put in place include, but are not limited to:

Large walkway between tables/rows
Mask-Wearing policy (Masks will be offered at the door)
Guests are asked to please wear a mask when necessary
Sanitizing stations throughout venue
Personal boxed catering and/or catering service to guests
Socially distanced catering and beverage lines

If you have any questions regarding COVID safety protocols for the 2022 Corpus Christi Cattle Baron's Ball, please contact your America Cancer Society staff partner Alessandra Monzon at Alessandra.Monzon@cancer.org
